How to Turn On Assistive Touch and/or Full Keyboard Access on IOS Devices

In order for Eyegaze Connect to properly function on IOS devices, you need to turn on both "AssistiveTouch" and "Full Keyboard Access". AssistiveTouch is required in order to gain access to the cursor dot that you can control with the mouse page in Eyegaze Connect. Full Keyboard Access is required in order to make custom hotkeys available.

On newer iPads you may find that pointer control can be turned on separately without needing to activate AssistiveTouch, which allows you to use the cursor dot without having that additional AssistiveTouch dot on your screen. If you want the AssistiveTouch dot and the cursor dot, you would only need to turn on AssistiveTouch and not the standalone pointer control setting too. You can adjust settings like color and size of the dot if that's something you may find useful.
